We had the suite with a very comfy bed.

Professional reception with staff dressed smartly. The evening meal was great value and compliments must go to the chef. The staff in all departments were polite and addressed the guests appropriately.Will stay again as I use Wembley Stadium regular....  

Good staff but a few hiccups

We spent 2 nights here and while the staff were super friendly, the room had some issues. The bathroom had black hairs, and our milk for coffee was spoiled. Breakfast was just okay, with frozen fruit and a basic selection. At least the Wi-Fi was solid. I've had better experiences elsewhere.

I greatly enjoyed nicely decorated and well-appointed room in this hotel.

Perfect location, it was close to bus stop and tube station, Wembley, location close to underground and the restaurant where a royal breakfast is served. I was here for 3 nights and ate at a la carte restaurant with good food. ...

All fine, but limited towels.

The room was clean and tidy which was perfect for my short stay.

The bed matress was very hard and the pillows were very flat.

Close to subway, good room size and accesories. Very good supervisors on cleaning service, they came daily and asked if we were happy with cleaning lady's job.

Very cold room. Reception staff was unwilling to give an electric heater as A/C was not working. Only after one night when both me and my girlfriend got sick(-5C outside, no heating inside), someone from maintanance told me that they were actually prepared to give electric heaters in case of a/c problem. Another problem is that they retained a 50gbp extra per night from my credit card without letting me know, as a guarantee, and I ended up in my last day without any money, as I had my expenses planned including the 200gbp they retained without informing. 4 days after departure, the 200gbp were still not back on my card. lucky that my girlfriend had extra money for getting around and to the airport. Overall problems with reception.

Inadequate hot water for bathing.

Stayed in this property for 7 nights and liked our choice. Had fairly nice stay overall, enchanting place and the weather was wonderful. The provided service was special. Particularly good and perfect location, London...  

Clean, comfortable and close to wembley

I loved the easy access to Hanger Lane tube station, the spacious room, and the complimentary goodies like chocolates. Super clean room!
